Museum App Rebrand

As part of my Google UX Design Certificate program, I aimed to create a comprehensive app and website that elevates the museum visit. This innovative platform not only streamlines ticket booking but also enriches the exploration of renowned artworks through interactive and educational features.

The main goal is to develop an app that offers a user-friendly experience, presenting users with up-to-date and relevant information on their favorite artworks, upcoming exhibitions, and museum events.

The design journey commenced by empathizing with the user, defining the problem, and ideating potential solutions. My goal was to develop an application that provides comprehensive information and enables users to schedule visits efficiently to navigate crowds seamlessly.

I crafted preliminary wireframes for research purposes, emphasizing key performance indicators like time spent on tasks, navigation usability versus search functionality, and conversion rates.

With the initial prototype, I directed usability tests and advanced through numerous iterations, ensuring adherence to accessibility guidelines to optimize the user journey for enhanced smoothness and easy navigation.

For the high-fidelity prototypes, I ensured that both the mobile and web versions maintained a uniform look and were designed with user-friendly navigation in mind.

To enhance the web version, I started by crafting a sitemap. This strategic approach ensured seamless navigation and the presence of all essential screens essential for guiding users through their journey effectively.
